Authors Submission Guidelines
1. Research Horizons is a peer-reviewed is published annually which includes social sciences and humanities topics.
2. Research articles are collected on a rolling basis through the year, so authors are invited to send in their papers through the year.
3. Research Horizons follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for publishing articles in the fields of Humanities, Arts, Business, and Finance to ensure ethical standards, transparency, and integrity in the publication process.
4. Articles published with Research Horizons will be shared using the Creative Commons License cc-by-nc-sa 4.0
Papers are reviewed in a three-step process.

Format:
Cover Page :
- The cover page of the article should contain: (i) Title of the article in bold and not more than twenty words (ii) Name(s) of authors, main author’s name should be marked with an asterix (iii) Professional affiliation of all the authors (iv) Address of correspondence, (v) Contact No. and Email.
- Kindly note the author’s name should not be mentioned on any other page.
Author’s Declaration :
- The author should declare that the article is the author’s original work. The article has not been under consideration for another publication at the same time. If excerpts from copyrighted works are included, the author should obtain written permission from the copyright owners and show credit to the sources in the article. The author should also confirm that the article contains no libelous or unlawful statements, does not infringe on the rights of others, or contains material or instructions that might cause harm or injury.
Main Article :
- Abstract should not exceed 250 words and should be followed by only five keywords or less (Times Roman 11-point, Italics).
- The manuscripts should not exceed 3000 words excluding abstract, references and tables. They must be in the .DOC or .DOCX format only.
- Please send papers on A-4 size pages, margin 1 inch on all sides including figures and tables, typed in 1.5 space in 11 point — in Times New Roman font.
- Full paper should generally consist (i) Title of the article (Time New Romans 14, in bold) (ii) The first line of the paragraphs should be indented (five spaces away from the margin)
- Main text should have (i) Introduction (highlighting the review of current literature, aims and the objectives of the study) (ii) Research Methodology (or Materials & Methods) (iii) Results & Discussions (iv) Research limitations/ implications (if any) (iv) Conclusions and Suggestions (v) Acknowledgements (if any).
- In case of papers from literature, the format must include sources of information (primary or secondary) in lieu of materials, tools or statistics.
- Literary research papers must start with an introduction, follow up with background, then provide an in-depth analysis or argument that will form the core of the essay and end with the conclusion.
- All figures (charts, diagrams and drawings) and Photographs should be submitted in electronic form. They should be of clear quality, in black and white and numbered consecutively.
- Mathematical expressions, figures and charts should be presented in a way that can be easily edited and printable. Tables and diagrams should be numbered consecutively and included in the text. Source must be mentioned below the table. The titles must be above the tables/ figures/ charts.
- Please check your manuscript for clarity, grammar, spellings, punctuation, and consistency of references to minimize editorial changes.
- The editorial team has the right to modify or edit the work to match the standard and style requirement of the journal.
- The contributor is expected to follow the APA (7th Ed) Style sheet method for the documentation of references.
- Attach plagiarism report with your research paper (not more than 15% of plagiarism is accepted).
- No general web references are acceptable for the research papers (Blogs, wikipedia, magazine links etc)
- Submit a soft copy on MS word of the paper through e-mail to researchhorizon.mnwc.edu.in/
Revisions :
Each contributor is allowed one revision after the review process. The contributor is then required to incorporate the suggested changes, if any and send it to us within a week of the receipt of the paper at: [email protected]. If the changes are not made as recommended, the paper will not be sent again for correction and will not be published.
